Deux heures plus tard, le \u00abMocka One\u00bb atteint son point culminant dans la stratosph\u00e8re, \u00e0 38 000 m\u00e8tres au-dessus des Grisons.<\/p>\n<h2>De la stratosph\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019assiette<\/h2>\n<p>La viande des Grisons est ensuite r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e par des alpinistes au Col du Kisten, \u00e0 environ 40 km \u00e0 vol d\u2019oiseau de Parpan. Une fois le sauvetage effectu\u00e9, la d\u00e9gustation par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la mission &#8211; les quatre fabricants, J\u00f6rg Br\u00fcgger, Fredy Gurtner, Ludwig Hatecke et Anselm Sialm &#8211; peut avoir lieu. Leur verdict : la viande est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus sombre, elle est plus s\u00e8che et sal\u00e9e que l\u2019originale, mais elle est assur\u00e9ment savoureuse.<\/p>\n<h2>La viande des Grisons part en live \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision allemande<\/h2>\n<p>Fabio Nay, Grison d\u2019origine, a anim\u00e9 la diffusion en direct du voyage dans la stratosph\u00e8re qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie par pr\u00e8s de 10 000 personnes. Tandis que 20 Minutes diffusait le streaming en direct sur sa plateforme, des journalistes de RTL Aktuell et de Blick TV \u00e9taient sur place \u00e0 Parpan pour couvrir l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019annonce dans une vid\u00e9o de lancement inspir\u00e9e d\u2019une mission spatiale avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 suscit\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des m\u00e9dias. Les m\u00e9dias nationaux et r\u00e9gionaux ont consacr\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents articles \u00e0 la mission. En France aussi, une s\u00e9quence d\u00e9taill\u00e9e diffus\u00e9e par BFM TV a rendu hommage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipage et \u00e0 son exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<h2>Une mise en sc\u00e8ne et beaucoup de contenu<\/h2>\n<p>\u00abNotre viande des Grisons a largement fait parler d\u2019elle &#8211; mission accomplie. Mais au-del\u00e0 de \u00e7a, nous avons \u00e9galement pu montrer la patience et la passion des fabricants de viande des Grisons dans leur activit\u00e9 quotidienne\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Gieri Spescha, g\u00e9rant de Marke Graub\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n<p>La mission avait pour but de mettre en avant cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 culinaire. Le contenu associ\u00e9 sur le long processus de fabrication et les magnifiques images de nourriture avec des recettes et des suggestions de pr\u00e9sentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0
