Segnas is a small hamlet near Disentis in the Bündner highlands. Together with century-old farmhouses, there is a natural air meat dry-curing facility. In the on-site shop, one can purchase the naturally dried specialities of the Sialm family. The fine delicacies can be even posted within Switzerland.
